Power zone classes. They were my favorite and they work for any fitness level. Weight loss is not possible with just one class. Strength training is.

I just completed a 75-minute PZE ride and burned 1060 calories. I should be able to burn around 3-4k calories today based on the data above. I would lose 1 pound if I ate nothing. But I won’t, so it all comes down the diet. Although the Peloton may give you more calories to offset your workout, my 75-minute workout today is more than offset with a Big Mac, 13 cookies, or 4 potatoes. You will lose weight if you eat better and exercise more.
