You will need sweat towels for your workouts when you get started with a Peloton. You’re going to sweat a lot, trust me.

That’s a good thing. You know that you’re getting a good workout when you sweat.

As I explained in my blog article about cleaning your Peloton sweat can cause damage to your bike. Salt in sweat can cause metal rusting. After removing sweat from your body with a towel, wipe your bike clean after you have finished your workout.

This is a topic that I have briefly touched upon. In my blog post about maintaining your Peloton, I mentioned the use of microfiber towels.

Additionally, my sweaty hands make it necessary to have a towel handy for my yoga mat. My sweaty hands can slip onto my mat if I don’t have a towel nearby.

Although they might call a yoga mat sticky, it feels more slippery under my fingers. You might also want yoga towels.
