Arrange a virtual Peloton showroom appointment
You’ll first need to visit Peloton’s website. Next, click the icon in the upper right corner that looks like a map arrow. It is located just below the “membership” icon for a small person and the “cart” icon for shopping.
Select “Schedule virtual appointments” from the dropdown menu. Next, a chat window opens and an assistant will guide you through the next steps. It will ask you for your email address and phone number, as well as the Peloton product(s), in which you are interested.
It will then ask you when you would like to book an appointment. You can choose whether you want it today, tomorrow, next week or later. Then you need to tell the US state and area you live in. You can choose from one of the many nearby showrooms that will be shared by the automated system.
