One App, One Workout: How to Seamlessly Connect iFit with Your Favorite Fitness App

iFITnow allows you to connect to your favorite fitness apps, such as Strava and Apple Health. Garmin Connect and Google Fit are also available. No matter what type of activity you choose, you can keep track of it all.

iFIT was not the best at stat tracking in the past. It’s now easy to keep track of all your activity from one location. We’ll show you how to link your iFIT account with each of your favorite fitness apps. Only iFIT workouts in the iFIT Library count towards your iFIT Milestones

It is possible that Strava’s connection may be delayed or has a few bugs. However, iFIT told us that they “just rolled out some fixes yesterday afternoon.” While we are optimistic that this will resolve the majority of these issues, we are still open to exploring other improvements.

How to connect iFIT and Apple Health

  • Start the iFIT App on your iPhone.
  • To access the menu, tap the three lines at the top left. Next, tap Settings.
  • Navigate to Connected apps from Settings
  • Select Apple Health from the Connected apps screen and then tap Connect.
  • You will be taken to the Health Access page, where you can enable sharing of data from iFIT Health. You have control over the information that iFIT reads and writes to Health.

How to connect your iFIT/Garmin Connect accounts

  • Start the iFIT App on your Android or iPhone.
  • To access the menu, tap the three lines at the top left. Next, tap Settings.
  • Navigate to Connected apps from Settings
  • Select Garmin Connect from the screen of Connected Apps, and then tap Connect.
  • Register for Garmin Connect.
  • Sign in to Garmin Connect and toggle the preference to share activity data with Garmin Connect to iFIT.
  • To connect your Garmin Connect and iFIT accounts, tap the Agree button.
  • Once connected, you can adjust your preferences to sync Garmin Connect activities with your iFIT account.

How to connect iFIT and Google Fit

  • Start the iFIT App on your Android or iPhone.
  • To access the menu, tap the three lines at the top left. Next, tap Settings.
  • Navigate to Connected apps from Settings
  • Select Google Fit from the screen of Connected Apps, and then click Connect.
  • When you are prompted, choose the Google account that you wish to connect.
  • To allow iFIT access your Google Fit account, tap the Allow button.
  • After connecting, you will be able to set your preferred preferences to sync all activities between iFIT or Google Fit.

How to connect your Strava and iFIT accounts

  • Start the iFIT App on your Android or iPhone.
  • To access the menu, tap the three lines at the top left. Next, tap Settings.
  • Navigate to Connected apps from Settings
  • Select Strava and then tap Connect on the Connected apps screen.
  • Register for your Strava account.
  • To connect your Strava and iFIT accounts, sign in to your Strava Account.
  • Once you have connected, you can choose your preferred preferences to sync your activities between Strava and iFIT accounts.
