Let me share my own dilemma about organizing my Peloton exercise calendar.
Peloton’s workout calendar organization
My Peloton was my best friend for cardio. It’s my Peloton bike, or cycle. It’s the reason I have a 400-week streak. Yes, it’s more that three years of logging onto Peloton every single week.
But, as I mentioned, I was doing a lot of cardio. This was done through outdoor walking or cycling classes, which I could access via the Peloton digital application.
This is my review of the Peloton digital application.
Power Zone challenges can help you with your organization
Power Zone challenges were a great way to get cardio and keep a organized Peloton exercise calendar. Because the challenges were six- to eight-weeks long, they helped me choose which rides to take. Each challenge requires that you do a five minute post-ride stretch. I was doing very little stretching.
Talking about power zones, this is my blog post regarding Peloton Power Zone.
Even though I was doing these stretches in a very organized manner, I was still neglecting other aspects of my fitness regimen. As I mentioned, I was doing a little stretching but not much. Peloton offers a lot of great yoga classes that can help me stretch even further.
This is my blog about Peloton yoga classes.
You can also organize strength trainings
Additionally, I neglected my strength trainings. You can build strength and stamina when you ride your bike. Walking outdoors meant that I was using my body weight to increase strength. That was only my lower body. I want my wholebody strong.

I’m looking for strong muscles and strong bones. Have you seen the Etsy shirt that reads, “Trying to get arms as Tunde”? Yeah!
I actually just started the Tunde arm challenge, and you can read about my experience here.
Planner to help you organize your Peloton schedule
Because I know I can keep track of rides during Power Zone challenges, I realized I had to create a schedule. The schedule would contain the following three components of a balanced workout, according to me:
To find a Peloton schedule, I searched Etsy. So, when I couldn’t find one , I created my own workout planner. Here’s how it works.
I created the Peloton workout schedule to cover all the classes you can find on Peloton. This applies to all Peloton apps, including the Peloton Tread and the Peloton Cycle.
Get more than a cardio workout in your routine
You could, for example, take a cycling class to improve your cardio fitness during the week. You can run on the Tread, or do a power walk outside. You could also take one of the many bootcamp classes.
For strength, you can also do an arms or weights class on the bicycle. Alternately you can choose to train with the bodyweight classes. You use your body weight for strength training.
It is equally important to stretch during your workout
There is also stretching. I do the post-ride, five-minute stretch during the Power Zone challenges. Because of the rules, I must. This means that you must stretch with the instructor from whom you just finished your class.
I will often go to a yoga class if I have time off from the Power Zone challenge. Jess Sims, a Tread instructor, has taught me great full-body stretch classes.
Have you ever tried foam rolling classes?
There are also foam-rolling classes. Although it is not technically a stretch per se, foam-rolling can help you work out your muscle knots. Hannah Marie Corbin is a great resource for foam rolling.

Fill out my classes and stack them
Once I had created the planner , I was able to fill in the classes I would be taking each week. This helped me organize my workouts. I could then stack them.
Plus, I became more adept at following through with the classes that I wanted to take. This is from someone who has been with the Peloton since 2016. You would think that I would know the schedule. Nope, not quite.
Are you confused about the Peloton schedule. This blog post will help.
This is how the Peloton workout program works
I created a space to include the instructor of the class, the type of class, date and time, as well as the length of the class. If you are taking On-Demand classes, you can filter your search by instructor and class length to make it easier to find them. You can also bookmark them. To make it easier to find classes that you can do for strength, cardio, and stretch, I have also suggested themes.
I find keeping track of my workouts is more efficient than using a digital calendar. Why? Because I have become blind to all notifications on my computer and phone. They are so annoying that I just ignore them. I should not, but I know I should.

Popular with the Peloton crowd
More than 22,000 people have seen this exercise schedule planner organizer since its creation. This planner organizer has been very popular with the Peloton community. Based on your feedback, I have even modified the design.
When I first created the design, I used a pink-and-red scheme. Some male users then asked if it would be possible to create a blue version. Although I thought color was not important, I was mistaken. Colors are essential.
So I did exactly that, added a blue version and then added it to my red/pink file. This means you are actually getting two workout planners in one.
You can just download the file from Etsy once, and then print it out forever . You can print different colors for each Peloton user if you have more than one. You have the option.
