The Hypersphere mini vibrating massage ball is designed to release tension and increase mobility in your shoulders and hips.
Since the last 12 years, I have used my non-vibrating lacrosse stick to get the job done. So, I was a little skeptical when I first looked into the Hypersphere.
The Mini Hypersphere was my choice. I felt that the smaller size would make it easier to reach the smaller muscles.
The Hypersphere Mini includes the Vibrating Massage Ball, stand, and a USB Charger that will give it approximately two hours of usage before a new one is required.
You can turn it on by holding the power button down for three seconds. After that, you can select from three intensity levels. The highest setting was too high for me (watch the video to see how it takes off on this setting), so I used the lowest setting only on large muscles groups, like my hips.
I must admit that I was surprised at how much I enjoyed the Hypersphere. I think it is more useful than the Hypervolt.
This vibration takes the massage ball experience to a whole new level. This ball is not only great for my Myofascial release, but it also feels great.
The mini is slightly bigger than a lacrosseball, which I believe is a great size. I find the normal-sized Hypersphere a little too large for me (a 200-lb man) so I recommend that you order the mini.
My only complaint is that it can be difficult to plug in the charger. However, since it won’t be needed more than once every 2-3 weeks, that hasn’t been a major problem.
