Reap the Benefits of Peloton Bike Auto Follow

Peloton Bike+ riders who prefer live classes may be disappointed to find that the Auto-Follow resistance option is only available for on-demand workouts.

Personally, I prefer to attend live classes when possible. The auto follow resistance will also be unavailable for 24 hours after a ride is completed.

Please note that this feature is only available for on-demand classes. After a live class, auto-follow will take 24 hours to populate.

Although I have the current bike, I was hesitant about buying Bike+. However, this information has confirmed that I will not be upgrading to the next generation. My strength training will be done in the same room that I exercise in. It already has an Apple TV and a TV.
