Peloton Bike & Bike+ Limited warranty
Peloton Interactive, Inc. , and its affiliate companies (“Peloton”) offer the following Limited Warranty. It applies only to indoor, non-commercial use of the Peloton Bicycle and Bike+ (collectively referred to as the “Peloton bike”). The Limited Warranty shall not be valid for any other use of the Peloton Bicycle. This Limited Warranty applies only to the non-commercial, indoor use of the Peloton Bicycle and Bike+ (collectively referred to as “Peloton Bike”) during the applicable Limited Warranty periods. This Limited Warranty contains exclusions.
This Limited Warranty is only applicable to the following components of the Peloton Bike, and for the specified time period. The Limited Warranty is only applicable to issues discovered during the applicable Limited Warranty Period. It applies only to the Peloton Bike that remains in the original purchaser’s possession, or, for gifted Peloton Bikes the owner of the original Subscription.
HD Touchscreen 12 Months. Peloton guarantees the touchscreen against defects in workmanship or materials for 12 months after the original delivery.
Frame - Five years. Peloton guarantees the frame, excluding any moving parts attached the the structural frame, against defects in workmanship or materials for five years after the original delivery.
Bike components - 12 months. Peloton guarantees the original components of the Peloton Bike, except pedals, against defects in workmanship or materials for 12 months starting from the date of delivery.
Bike Pedals - 12 Months. Peloton guarantees the components and all original parts that came with the Peloton Bike against defects in workmanship or materials for 12 months starting from the date of delivery. Bike pedals do not come with a warranty against normal wear and tear. It is important to inspect the pedals for damage, loose parts, or any other signs of wear that could lead to a breakdown or failure. You should immediately remove any pedal with worn or damaged parts. Peloton has a guide for maintaining pedals that you can find on their website.
Labor - 12 months. Peloton will pay the labour costs for repairs or replacements made to Peloton bikes by authorized technicians for 12 months starting from the date of delivery. Peloton does not cover repair labor for places where the Peloton Bike was not assembled by them, or if it is being moved from Peloton’s service areas.
Limitations and Exclusions
Who is Covered?
- Original owner of the Peloton Bike. The original purchaser must keep the Peloton Bike in their possession. Gift Peloton Bikes should be kept in the ownership of the original Subscription owner. The Limited Warranty cannot be transferred. Location for Peloton Bikes must remain in the original purchaser’s possession.
What’s covered?
- Peloton will replace or repair any defective component or Peloton Bike within the applicable Limited Warranty Period if an issue occurs.
- Any replacement or repair component shall be covered for the remaining period of the original Limited Warranty or 30 days, whichever comes first, or for any additional time required by law.
What is not covered?
- Peloton may also order any other Peloton products and services, non-Peloton goods or labour. Units that were purchased from an unauthorized distributor or reseller or units that were purchased outside the UK. Also, missing serial numbers.
- Software, regardless of whether it is sold with the Peloton Bike or embedded within it, does not include Internet connectivity. Peloton cannot guarantee that the Peloton Bike’s operation will be uninterrupted and error-free.
- Equipment failure or damage due to normal wear and tear, incorrect or negligent maintenance, installation or relocation, repair (other than those caused by a Peloton authorized technician), use the Peloton Bike using parts or accessories from other parties or parts or accessories that are not compatible or intended for the Peloton Bike or any other use contrary to the instructions contained in the Peloton guide.
- Equipment damage or failures due to abuse, improper or unusual use, neglect or corrosion.
- Incidence or consequential damages. Peloton does not accept responsibility or liability for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or economic damages, economic losses, loss of profits, loss or enjoyment, or any other consequential damages in connection to the purchase, maintenance, repair, or use of equipment or parts. Peloton will not pay any monetary or other compensation for such repairs or replacement costs. This includes, but is not limited to, gym membership fees, lost work, cost of substitute equipment or maintenance visits.
- Equipment that is used for commercial purposes, or any other use than for a single family or household.
Additional Information
- There is a danger of injury and property loss when equipment is being moved or repaired. Peloton will not be responsible for any injury or damage that may occur during any attempt to repair, move or repair equipment by any other than authorized service technicians. Peloton is not responsible for any injuries to property or persons resulting from attempted moves or repairs made by you or your agents. If you move out of the Peloton service area, your labour coverage may be void.
- Peloton and its vendors may occasionally supply replacement parts, electronic components and units as warranty replacements. This will satisfy warranty terms.
This LIMITED WARRANTY IS THE EXCLUSIVE WARRANTY GIVEN TO PELOTON. It supersedes any prior, contingent or additional representations. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY STATUTORY WARRANTY, CONDITION OR MERCHANTABILITY, OR FITNESS TO A PARTICULAR PURPOSE ARE DISCLAIMED, OTHER THAN THE EXTENT PROHIBITED ABOUT LAW. IN SUCH EVENT, SUCH WARRANTY IS LIMITED TO THE DURATION OF THE WARRANTY PERIODS SET FORTH ABOVE. Regardless of whether damages are sought for breach of warranty, breach or contract, negligence, strict liability in tort, or under any other legal theory, this exclusion applies. Limited Warranty on Peloton Tread+
Peloton Interactive, Inc. (“Peloton”) offers the following Limited Warranty to U.S. buyers. This warranty applies only to indoor, non-commercial, indoor use of Peloton Tread+. This Limited Warranty will not apply to any other uses of the Peloton Tread+. The Peloton Tread+ components covered by the Limited Warranty will not be damaged or malfunction during normal usage. As described in the Limited Warranty, there are certain exclusions.
This Limited Warranty is only applicable to the following components of Peloton Tread+, and for the specified time period. The Limited Warranty is only applicable to defects discovered during the applicable Limited Warranty Period. It applies only to the original purchaser of the PelotonTread+ or, in the case of a gifted PelotonTread+, to the original owner of that PelotonTread+ membership.
HD Touchscreen 12 Months. Peloton guarantees the touchscreen against defects of workmanship or materials for 12 months after the original delivery.

Walking Belt - Five years.Peloton warrants your walking belt against defects of workmanship or materials for five years after the original delivery.
Tread+ components - 12 months. Peloton warranties the original components and all parts of the Peloton Tread+ against defects of workmanship or materials for 12 months starting from the date of delivery.
Labor - 12 months. Peloton will pay the labor costs for any Peloton Tread+ that was assembled by an authorized Peloton technician. This Limited Warranty covers the cost of the repair or replacement for 12 months starting from the date of delivery. Peloton Tread+ repair labor is not covered if the Peloton Tread+ was moved from a Peloton service area.
Exclusions and Limitations

- Original owner of the Peloton Tread+. The original purchaser must keep the Peloton Tread+. Gifted Peloton Tread+ owners should also retain the original membership. This Limited Warranty cannot be transferred.

- Peloton will replace or repair any defective component or PelotonTread+ within the applicable Limited Warranty Period if the defect occurs.

- Equipment failure or damage due to normal wear and tear, incorrect or negligent maintenance, relocation, repair, or installation (other than those caused by a Peloton authorized technician), use the PelotonTread+ with parts or accessory from third parties or parts or accessories that are not compatible with the PelotonTread+ or any other use contrary to the instructions contained in the Peloton Users Manual.
- Equipment damage or failures due to abuse, neglect, corrosion or improper or abnormal use (or any other cosmetic change that does not affect performance), fire, flood or other natural disasters, acts of God, theft, vandalism or fire, and electrical wiring, power fluctuations or reductions, unusual atmospheric conditions, collision, foreign objects or modifications that are not authorized or not recommended.
- Incidence or consequential damages. Peloton does not accept responsibility or liability for any indirect, special, incidental, consequential or economic damages, economic losses, loss of profits, loss or enjoyment, or any other consequential damages in connection to the purchase, maintenance, repair, or use of equipment or parts. Peloton will not pay any monetary or other compensation for such repairs or replacement costs. This includes, but is not limited to, gym membership fees, lost work, cost of substitute equipment or maintenance visits.

Peloton Tread Limited Warranty
Peloton Interactive Inc. (“Peloton”) offers the following Limited Warranty to U.S. buyers. This warranty applies only to indoor, non-commercial use of the Peloton Tread. This Limited Warranty will not be valid for any other uses of the Peloton Tread. The Peloton Tread’s covered components will not fail during normal usage, within the limits of the Limited Warranty. As described in the Limited Warranty, there are certain exclusions.
This Limited Warranty is only applicable to the following components of Peloton Tread, and for the specified time period. The Limited Warranty is only applicable to defects discovered during the applicable Limited Warranty Period. It applies only as long as the Peloton Tread remains the property of the original purchaser or, in the case of a gifted Peloton Tread the owner of the original Subscription.
Frame: Five years
Peloton warrants the platform framework, defined as the steel structural part of the Treaddeck, without any moving parts, against defects in workmanship or materials for five years after the original delivery.
Drive Motor Three Years
Peloton warrants the motor that drives the walking belt (exempting any attachments) against defects in workmanship or materials for three years after the date of delivery.
Walking Belt for Three Years
Peloton guarantees the walking belt against defects of workmanship or materials for three years after the original delivery.
HD Touchscreen: 12 Months
Peloton guarantees the touchscreen against defects of workmanship or materials for 12 months after the original delivery.
Tread Components: 12 Months
Peloton guarantees the Peloton Tread components and all original parts (except the motor and frame) against defects in workmanship or materials for 12 months starting from the date of delivery.
12 Months
Peloton will pay the labor costs for any Peloton Tread that was assembled by an authorized Peloton technician. This Limited Warranty covers Peloton for 12 months starting from the date of the original delivery. Peloton does not cover labor costs for repairs in locations that Peloton did NOT assemble or moved the Peloton Tread to outside its service area.
