Peloton will authorise the amount you pay for any connected-fitness device such as a Peloton bike or tread when you place your order.
Credit and Debit Card Purchases within Eligible Delivery Areas. Payment for your order will take place five days prior to your delivery date, or 90 days after you have completed checkout. Peloton will notify you by email when your payment has been processed. Peloton may not charge your payment method before your delivery date. You will be notified by email to correct your payment information and a link to your order confirmation portal. We will cancel your order if the Peloton team is unable or unwilling to resolve your order balance within 48 hours of your scheduled delivery date.
Affirm purchases in eligible delivery areas: Payment for your order will take place five days prior to your scheduled delivery date, or 90 days after you have completed checkout, whichever comes first. Your Affirm loan is currently in a waiting state. Affirm will send you an email notification confirming that your loan has been approved by Peloton. It will also include your loan repayment schedule. Affirm and Peloton will contact customers if there are any problems with their order prior to finalizing the loan. If we can’t, they will cancel your order.
Purchases in Hawaii and Alaska, Puerto Rico, or other remote delivery areas: Payment for your order will take place at the time of purchase. For more information, please reach out to Peloton Support at [email protected].
Taxes: The estimated tax due based on your delivery address will be displayed in your “Cart Summary”, when you place an order. The amount of tax you pay may change depending on when your payment is processed or if your delivery address is changed.
Your order will be cancelled if Peloton fails to process your payment information after several attempts.
