Booking

How can I register for online classes?

To sign up for class, please visit our studio website studio.onepeloton.comwhere you’ll log in with your Peloton Membership credentials. You can also view the class schedule and book your class there.

When will the schedule be available?

The schedule can be viewed up to two weeks in advance. You can book classes up to a week in advance, starting at 12 PM EST.

Is it possible to purchase a place for a friend?

Yes, you can buy spots for yourself as well as up to four other people. For more information or to reserve additional spots, please contact our studio.

Is it possible to book multiple people using the same account, or must they create separate accounts?

Five spots are the maximum number you can book in one account. For more information or to book additional spots, please contact us. If you are planning on booking for 10 or more, please reach out to our Events Team through [email protected].

Can I move closer to the front or switch my spot?

We are happy to help you move if there is a spot that you like.

How far in advance should I book a class if I’m coming from outside the city?

The booking window for classes in-studio opens exactly one week before the class starts at 12PM EST. Are you celebrating a milestone? Let us know at [email protected].

I am planning to travel internationally. Can I book further in advance than one week?

All travelers have the same booking policy: class reservations are available one week before the class starts at 12PM EST. We will help you in any way possible if you have problems with payment or booking.

I have both the Peloton App at home and the equipment. Do I have to use the app to sign up for studio class?

The app is only for home use. To sign up for classes in studio, please visit studio.onepeloton.com.

What time do pro riders give classes? Do you offer classes for pro riders?

Our studio schedule will display the upcoming Pro Rider classes. You will be able to sign up for their classes the same way you would sign up for any other studio class at studio.onepeloton.com.

What is the difference between my studio and in-home rider accounts?

The login for your home account is the same one you used to reserve and purchase studio classes.
