Real or Fake? A Closer Look at the Peloton Vibe

The Peloton Vibe, a new product from Peloton, was revealed to us with many details and photos. The Peloton Vibe is a heated massage table with music, an aromatherapy unit and an exercise bench. The lower section holds several sets of circular dumbbells. This device isn’t real, that is the only problem.

The pandemic was a major boost for at-home exercise equipment, particularly the Peloton bikes. Peloton Vibe, which is a brand-based workout, elevates at-home cycling into a more holistic experience for the whole body. It incorporates traditional weight training, as well as muscle recovery, aromatherapy and music. Peloton Vibe is a complete experience that caters to every muscle and sense.

The bench features a multi-position arm that can move to accommodate a wide range of exercises. Lower portion contains a set dumbbells, which can be used to expand the range of guided workouts offered by the Peloton App. After you’ve completed your workout, the bench and arm surfaces transform seamlessly into a massage experience. The massage balls can be heated up or rotated to suit your needs. At-home gym equipment AND at-home spa? I would exercise more to make use of the heated massage.

A new Peloton Watch is also included in these photos. Although it is most certainly fake, it does look pretty cool. The fake Peloton Heart Rate Arm Band will hopefully look as good as these fake watches.

We’re waiting for confirmation from Peloton that the Peloton Vibe will not be an actual device. However, Peloton has leaked two other devices that could be coming soon.

EDIT: It appears that Yinyifan MO is the Peloton Vibe’s designer. He is a student at ArtCenter College of Design. This was likely a project that was picked up by multiple websites, who mistakenly thought it was a new product.
