Speed to the Finish: Peloton Training Like Usain Bolt

Peloton’s new program, “Train Like Usain Bolt,” has been added to the company’s roster. The program lasts for a week and features over a dozen classes that revolve around the Usain Bolt theme. You can earn bronze, gold, and silver badges by taking part in the program. These badges consist, as you might guess, of a lightning bolt.

The “Train Like Usain Bolt”program includes warm-ups, strength training, core exercises, cool down, and outdoor running classes. You can join the Usain Bolt Program by downloading the app or visiting the website. It does not appear to be available on the Bike and Tread. This is a problem for anyone who uses the Peloton Bike+ screen to take classes off the bicycle.
